POSITION: COSMETICS SENIOR MERCHANDISER

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Forecasting, optimizing trend of retail market.
• Planning, identifying Suppliers, Product ranges, Price points.
• Analyzing sales report to create and manage campaigns to push sales.
• Optimizing performance of category sales, work with suppliers to maximize the value of campaigns.
• Managing all campaigns internally by end of process.
• Working on regular reports, tracking weekly performance.
• Working on Top Selling products, Brands and Suppliers as well as Slowing moving products to have action on plan to improve sales.
• Recommending internally for better and better campaign implementation to achieve target.

REQUIREMENT:

• Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/Diploma, College Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Cosmetics Merchandising; Ecommerce or equivalent.
• Active, good communication and negotiation skill.
• Team sprit, team management skill.
• Good interpretation for company image.
• Good at database analysis.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
